Abilium The Agency LLC ("Abilium," "we," "us," or "our") provides Growth Agent, a read-only data connector and analytics workflow available exclusively to authorized Abilium The Agency clients.

Information We Collect

When an authorized client connects Growth Agent to Shopify, we may receive read-only access to store information permitted by the client, including product, order, customer, and store-performance data. We may also process read-only data from other services a client chooses to connect, such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Klaviyo, and Meta Ads.

We also collect limited technical and account information needed to operate the service, such as connection identifiers, authorization details, audit records, and service logs.

How We Use Information

We use connected data only to provide Growth Agent services to authorized clients, including to:

  • Analyze commerce and marketing performance;
  • Generate read-only reports, insights, and recommendations;
  • Maintain secure integrations and troubleshoot service issues;
  • Meet legal, security, and compliance obligations.

Growth Agent does not create, edit, or delete Shopify store content, products, orders, customers, or other store data.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers and platforms necessary to provide the service, such as hosting, database, analytics, and AI service providers, and only as required to operate Growth Agent for the authorized client.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. OAuth access credentials used by Growth Agent are stored using encryption at rest. No system can guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect connected client data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.

Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services to the authorized client, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Clients may request that their Growth Agent connection be removed by contacting us.

Shopify Data and Privacy Requests

Growth Agent supports Shopify's required privacy compliance processes, including requests related to customer data access and deletion. If you are a Shopify merchant, customer, or authorized representative and wish to make a request concerning Shopify data processed through Growth Agent, contact us using the details below. We will respond in accordance with applicable law and our obligations to Shopify and our clients.

Your Choices

Authorized clients may disconnect a Shopify or other provider connection at any time. Disconnecting a connection prevents future access through that connection. Requests to access, correct, delete, or otherwise manage personal information may be submitted using the contact details below.

Third-Party Services

Growth Agent may connect with third-party services selected by an authorized client. Those services have their own privacy policies and terms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and revise the "Last updated" date above.
